Like I said, they look identical to a CB200, and I have done them (just a few months ago).
Honestly it's been so long since I did a 350-four that I don't remember - but there's no reason to suspect they're any different or special, honda pretty much stuck to the same stuff in that era.
To install, they slide down, and then a twist to lock them in place.
They come off just the opposite.
They're probably just corroded a bit and need some "convincing".
It's not unusual when you have two differnt metals in contact, then throw in 35+ years to the mix.
You might try a "band" or strap wrench for that initial twist- that won't mess them up.
