I got back to working on my K5. Much to my surprise, dismay probably, I found out that it has the HAINST pistons in it.
One I got everything removed, I noticed the attached. A crack and piece missing on skirt of the #1 piston.
As it seems very difficult to source new HAINST pistions, what are my options?
I'm a bit unhappy about all of this right now.
