Damn.  The front fender is one of the things I love most about the CBs.  No offense meant to anyone who has chopped theirs, but I think the full front fender looks best.  Such a nice fender to begin with... shame to cut it.  These fenders will eventually become scarce.

Anyway, nice looking bike, but I would negotiate a lower price because there's no fender.

And I agree that it's a front fender shy from being stock... not exactly a cafe racer....
