cb750 f valves

anyone have a source for valves for a 77 CB750F2? I can find valves all day long for the K bikes but not the 34mm intake and 31mm exhause valves for my bike. Looks like I can get them from honda, for $51 each!! Are there any aftermarket sources?

I'm currently rebuilding the cylinder head on my '76 F1 and found aftermarket valves here:

https://www.partsnmore.com/cat_index.php?model=cb750_sohc&category=engine

I'm not sure if the part numbers are the same from the F1 to the F2 but the site lists the oem part numbers as14711-300-005 (intake), 14721-300-005 (exhaust).   Price....$9 and $14 dollars respectively!

The 75-6 F valves are/should be the same as all the pre77 K/F bikes. (US models)
Honda has gotten a bit more proud of their Ex valves lately, they were "only" $26 a few years ago. MANLEY Stainless valves are 'bout $40 each? I don't care for the 77-78 750s for just this reason, too many parts won't fit from the other bikes. Sorry I can't help but at least Honda can........ They can actually deliver them???

I think you will find it's one of those 'law of supply and demand' things. Like you said the valves are bigger than the older bikes and they also happen to be a week spot in that engine, so lees produced in the first place, greater need to replace them, you can see where this is going. You could try picking up a used F2 head on ebay and keep your fingers crossed for good valves.
In the UK anything over 40 years old only needs insurance and Fuel.
