550 tank on a 750 frame
«

Will a fuel tank from a CB 550 fit directly onto a CB 750 frame with no modification? I want to put the smaller tank on my '72 to get a cleaner look.

Thanks.
So few words, yet so much information.
It beats "Actually, a 550 frame is about so and so centimeters smaller than a 750, therefore it won't blah blah blah blah puke vomit poop"...
Sometimes a simple answer is the best answer.

Well if you want the epanded answer, anything will fit anything with the use of a gasaxe and welder plus time BUT you did ask if it would fit straight on. Have a good day. Bryan
