God must be laughing...
« on: April 07, 2009, 03:52:06 PM »
...And why not. I'll give it to God, it's a good practical joke.

The Sand blaster called me on Saturday and told me he was all done with all of my stuff. Unfortunately I was working all day Saturday and couldn't go pick up my frame. Now I won't be able to pick it up until Friday. Plus on top of that, I call my wife as I am getting out of work and she tells me that I got two packages in the mail today - full of motorcycle parts - INCLUDING my new Power Ark Ignition from Cycle-X. AND to top it all off, I was driving home in white out conditions as a little winter blast of the evil white stuff was coming down.

Now I can only look at the silly thing and wait until I get the frame to play with it.

Oh well, what can I do but sit back and laugh, too, right?

I am sure someone around the board would be willing to put your new parts to use until you can. ;)

PLEASE let us all know what you think about the ignition when you get it up and running, I am sure a lot of us are curious

Maybe during that time you'll think of a detail that's previously gone unnoticed?

No the great joke will be when you still haven't got it running right and the roads are dry, the weather balmy and it seems every other bike owner in the world is driving past with a huge grin on their face just to annoy you!

Maybe you are blaming the wrong deity? ;D
I think the thing I most like about motorcycling is the speed at which my brain must process information at to avoid the numb skulls who are eating pies, playing the ukulele, applying make-up etc in the comfort of their airconditioned armchairs as they make random attempts to kill me!!!!!!!
