front wheel torque ?

Can anyone tell me what the torque settings are for

mounting the speedometer gear to front wheel?

5 bolts securing dual front brake disc to wheel?

OK,

The best info I can find says 13 to 17 foot pounds....... but then lists a maximum of 18 foot pounds....

Go figure...... ??? ???
