help with chinese 50cc 4 wheeler

hey guys... its me, Buffo... but i changed my name...  no more Buffo...
anyways i need some help.

i am tring to help out the niegbor kid with his 50cc chinese made 4 wheeler and i cant get any spark... it has a wiring issue... some one cut of all the wiring for the electric start... and that left me with some loose wires... i have no idea where to start...  and i can not find a wiring diagram 4 this thing...

please help if you can...

he says its a bobcat... and the stcker on the tank says midwest
