Topic: CB 650 runs fine for 30 miles?????

Hey everyone. I have a 1980 cb650. Great bike...for a while anyway. It runs just fine for about 30 to 40 miles then it is as though it is not getting any fuel and bogs down. Has anyone ever had this problem? The plugs appear to be good, no soot, slightly brownish. I have checked all that I know to look for. Thought I might get an answer here. Thanks.

   Try checking the vent in your gas cap. A clogged vent could cause what you are describing.
