CB550 022a Vacuum ports - uh - where are they?

Please tell me where the vacuum ports are on my 74 550 022a carbs.   If you remove the idle screws - doesnt this bugger up the state of tune?

Should be on the aluminum carb mount right next to the head casting. Screw that looks like it is not holding anything, just there.
