'81 cb650c part out, sell whole, or bobber? pic added 4/20

I have my Dad's '81 cb650c sitting in my carport. Been sitting there for four years and I wanna do something with it. He has told me I can do what I want with it. I would like to make it a bobber. I am not real sure what it would be worth if I sold it whole. I have an '07 vulcan 900 custom that I ride so I don't need the bike right away so I could take my time. I keep going back and forth on what to do. The bike hasn't been run in probably 8 years. It ran rough when parked. Some parts are a little rusty. The tank has one half inch paint chip by the neck and some buckle scratches, but the paint still shines. It has all the logos, side covers with all pins intact. Original seat is split. Any ideas on what it would be worth or what some of the parts would be worth? Thanks.

So anybody have any ideas on how much this would be worth? I don't have the money to do a proper restoration and I already have a pretty much stock bike that I can't really do too much to. I am looking for a fun project I can play with.
