Does the license plate say "Saskatchewan" or is it just my eyes?  I know there's a "W" there near the end of it.....

The giveaway is the wheat stalks vertically between the two sets of numbers. Yes, there are rednecks even here in Canada. Eh!

AHA!  I've gained more evidence for my theory!  Said theory is this:  Rednecks exist, in some form or other, in every culture and every country around the world.  Now then, anybody seen a Redneck in the UK?  Australia?
