Intake Boots
« on: April 22, 2009, 08:00:36 PM »
I checked with BikeBandit for new intake boots and they only have boots available for carb 1 and 3. That doesnt really help me across the board. Are these available anywhere else? Man, they are expensive too. $22ea.

Do Honda parts, took a couple weeks extra for my pop to get a brake handle for a Suzuki that they said was in stock. Honda Parts is the old Western Hills.

#1and #4 are the same boot. #2 and #3 are also the same. they cast a 1 in one side and a 4 on the other. sane for 2 and 3. that way when you put them on you don't mix them up.
cheers

That's good to know. I knew they were numbered 1-4 the last time I installed them on the engine, but didnt know 1 and 4 were the same though. Thanks,
