1980 gl 1100 coils

i just bought these for my cb750 k2 and i was wondering if this would be the right year for it here is the link also what kind of wires do you use with the (size and type like soild core) also i have points would i need to take the resistor off here is the ebay link

keep the resistor.

use solid core wire and stock(750) or new replacement stock type(750) caps.

NAPA has nice Belden wire that looks like stock black wires.

use colorful stuff if you like.

fatter wire than stock may require whittling the ends some.
