With a single headlight and a different rear fender that bike would look pretty good.

At least it has a nice stablemate in the form of that BMW.  If that's the setup the guy needs for where he lives/rides, then heck, I'm all for it.  Shame all the effort was put into painting the frame blue etc.  In different colors and a slightly more subtle execution of the details it could look 'ok' and is probably pretty useful.
