Fishers are like ferrets...
If you want to effectively kill them:
a) I didn't tell you any of this
b) check your state's laws about hunting them just so you know what you're not doing

get a mouse or rabbit squeaker at twilight or so, and sit down in your camo in some kind of brush pile or blind, and stake the bugger out.  .22 LR for max accuracy and penetration, but short rounds will work, too, if you're closer and need more stealth.

They're a little scary. If you lay out porcupines you've slaughtered, they'll turn them inside out so they look like purses with quills inside. ...that's how you know a fisher has gotten to the carcasses.

Good luck to you.

I saw a couple Bear v.s. random animals videos on Youtube...

Wolverine chased a black bear up a tree, then tricked it into coming down, the man handled the damn black bear...

then a couger v.s. a grizz, the mama couger said no effin way are you eating my cub and the man grizz took off like a little beach...

That can work...

...or you put the carrion out there for them with one of these...

And yes, it is easy to make a homemade one. You probably have everything you need in your garage/under your sink.

That is funny and retarted at the same time.

You can make one in about an hour with crap laying around the house.

You ever seen a water balloon blow up in slow motion? Never mind...

I agree on the belt buckle. That'd be sweet. I am gonna get one, some how.
