K5 sitting in yard

There is damage to gauges, tank, side covers, lights and rust. the engine is stuck. It does have a title $200. My brother is interested, I asked why? Opinions?

Got any pictures?  Depending on the shape of various components, you could part the bike out and get your $ back fairly quick. Titled frame alone in reasonable condition should bring you about $100 to $200. As for putting it back in running condition would depend on alot of things especially how much you want to spend.
