Any markings you'll find on a stock cam mean nothing except perhaps a batch casting indicator for the billet/blank prior to grinding. You can not tell the specs of a Honda cam without properly measuring them and thats not an easy task. I have 3 cams, my 75 750F which I purchased new so I know what it is, a Yoshimura Daytona cam which I purchased new so I know what it is, and a cam I pulled from a used K8 engine that I DID NOT purchase new so I DO NOT know for sure what it is.
As of today 3/13/2012 my original owner 75 CB750F has made it through 3 wives, er EX-wives. Free at last.  ;-)
