it actually showed a relay fault in the computer, but that didnt take care of it. the compressor spins ok too. theres a local a/c shop that does a full diagnostic on the system for 29 dollars which is refunded if get the work done.

That's some impressive mileage! kinda sad that GM (Government Motors) will be dropping Saturn. They seemed to last  forever.  Our neighbor has well over 200,000 on his. A buddy back in the day said they put sand, nuts and other crap in the motor and drained the oil of a Saturn and it lasted quite a few miles and a hour or so before finally quiting.

yeah, i'm hoping that aftermarket companies will be able to produce the parts that are dealer only now as i plan on keeping this car for a long long time. it drives nice, gets great mileage and i can carry a buttload of feed bags or bales of hay, or a dead deer or like last month when it brought a suzuki titan home in the back. it isnt real pretty anymore but that can be fixed. one thing i can tell you though is the grateful dead decal will never ever be taken out. i put that in the car in 1995, the day jerry died.

I have to admit that I'm not a huge fan of saturn (every one I know of burns oil), but I applaud them for the plastic bodies which are really nice here in the salted states. I wish more companies were making plastic bodied cars these days.

Late at night, in the driver's seat section of the Saturn parts warehouse, all the seats sit around the campfire and tell scary stories about the notorious seat-killer FUZZYBUTT!!!! :o :o :o :D

Wow....in another 31,010 more miles you would have made a round trip to the moon and back!
