Topic: Quick tape question.

Anybody know, locally, as in a chain store, where I can buy fine line masking tape? For painting body work? I suppose I'd need some 1/4" or less as far as width goes. Advance doesn't sell anything thin enough, so I'm hoping someone knows where else I can get some of it...

Hey steve,
              I bought mine at my local Automotive Paint/Body Supply store, not a parts store, stricly Autobody materials.

You definetly want thier tape, all the other crap will allow the paint to "bleed" under.

Don't ask me how I know.

+ 1 on the auto body supply stores for this kind of tape.

I just purchased some tape, it's pretty expensive just for tape.  The 3M 1/4 inch and 1/8 inch 60 yard rolls (that was the only length they had) were over $10 per roll.
