14 or 15 mm front master cilinder

hello,

I just added a 2nd disc to my cb750k2 but i still didn't find the correct master cilinder. I want a 14 or 15mm master cilinder with a separate reservoir of a more modern bike.
Does anyone know which bikes have these? I already saw a few from GSXR from 1996 but i cant find what size they are
