HELP..Turn Signals!!!

Things vary quite a bit here in the US from state to state, your best bet would be to search around on the web for your state's RMV or DMV or tag agency or whatever it's locally referred to as. 
But I'd think that bar end signals with the correct colors for front and rear should be acceptable.

That's a stellar idea!
I would like to see them on a bike before purchasing though.
As said, the regs vary from state/province and I think you would find that a signal light needs to be mounted on the rear of the bike not just visible from the rear.
However, it would make a nice "side" light for better signal visibility in heavy traffic.
