Are you riding all the way on that automatic?

I may be on your route if my move works out.

Either way I want a 2009 tour t-shirt.

Hi Sam,
Do you know what route you'll take from MS to Boston? Spanner1 and I are in Nashville, TN. Not to speak for Spanner1, but if you come through this way you should drop us a line. Your in for a beautiful ride if you cut through the mountains going through Chattanooga. Beautiful mountain vistas that will make you pull over a lot and lots of hills to race down  ;D not to mention the crazy truckers :o

I know a fine couple in Pascagoula that will be pleased to see you.

The only advise I can offer is to bring your "longjohns" or whatever you wish to call them. Riding to New England in late November might warrant their use!  ;D

Sam, are you heading up here(Boston) in late November? If you're riding up, it's going to be a mite chilly from around D.C. up. Probably no snow, but be prepared to dress for cold (30's in the morning, 40's-50's afternoon)weather. Now that I think about it, it's probably just like that in England as well.
I'll look forward to meeting you at Mike's.
Ben

As Ben said it gets a bit chilly at that time of year but dont worry its like riding in Scotland in January. I rode the I-95 N from South Carolina to Boston in late November/early December and its ok. Wear leathers and thermals and some good gloves (better yet get some handlebar muffs or heated grips -if you are soft  ;))

Its going to be an adventure whatever happens  ;)

cheers
Andy

It is possible I may be able to go that route but after leaving southern Ms, the route is still to be deceided.
It will be nice to meet up with other Auto owner.

I'm in for the first leg, Tampa to Valdosta. Any further north than that in November is to cold for us Floridians.
I have done my far share of cold weather riding, having lived the first 32 years of my life in Boston.
