 Do you think the wrinkle plus from VHT, can withstand the heat from the motor? i would like to paint the valve cover,clutch cover,point cover etc...

What do you think?

wrinkle black i have found will take the heat. the wrinkle paint must be baked in order to get the wrinkle look. you can also use a hairdryer would make it a little easier. i have done wrinkle on automotive valve covers and it holds up great. the wrinkle paint will also come out way better when steamed. we used to put it on top of a industrial parts washer and let the steam flow over it. but ya i wouldnt hesitate to use it on your valve cover. VHT makes some very good products as far as heat resitant paint. good luck

I asked the question on the VHT forum and they told me there was no problem for my covers ???
