CB500 Tachometer cap
« on: May 11, 2009, 07:22:13 PM »
Does anyone know where I can find the tachometer cap (the housing that goes into the top of the camshaft cover) for a '71 CB500?  Mine seems to be broken at the neck where it goes in to the camshaft cover.  The previous owner had it cobbled together some way with a metal tie.   ???

Anyway, I have been unsuccessful in finding a replacement part.  Does anyone know where I can find one or better yet, does anyone have one lying around their shop.?

Thanks

Do you need the tach gear too, or just the housing?

Send me a pm with your address, I can send you one.
