Got a price on postage today. Small envelope, International Standard delivery, 6-7 days costs £2.50 for up to 100g. As the envelope weighs 7g it's well under.

So £14.50 for all the felt washers inc P&P.

I made a couple of spare sets in case anyone else is interested.
