CL175 how much?
« on: May 14, 2009, 02:49:58 PM »
I'm over in the US and seen a CL175 today, seemed in reasonable and complete original condition, rear guard was in 2 pieces bolted together and a hole in top of silencer, didn't have my camera with me for a pic. How much would be a fair price to pay?

Depends on where you are looking. Remember, the states are.... large.
Here in the pacific northwest we can't get em for under a grand or more, because of class w racing. In other parts of the country, they can be picke dup for a couple hundred, running.
No.

I just bought a CB175 for $350 in good running condition with 8K miles. It all depends on the condition in my opinion but somewhere between 500 and 1000 would be a good price range. Good luck!

It's in (NW) NJ and it is that price range. Problem it is over my budget, especially with the current exchange rate then ship back to UK. What are chances of getting a rear guard and silencer for it?

Can anyone give a quick answer on whether I can get a muffler for a CL175 still?
Back in the UK David Silver and CMSNL say no longer available but Western Hills show it on their site.
