Mine I believe is just a stock cb750f header. I cut off the old clamp on the header and had a friend mig weld the muffler onto it. I am wrapping the pipes in black wrap and going to spray the whole thing black when done.

The first re-incarnation of my 550 had a modified(rusted collector) stock ss header and a supertrapp that was meant for a Harley. It was one of a pair of "twin pipe" mufflers  with Bullet cone and internal baffles. It basically took the place of the stock ss muffler. It was a pretty easy mod. Laid the bike down on that side and scratched it up. Still have the muffler lying around, but the head pipe wasn't savable.

I will load a old pic of it if I can figure out how to use this "insert image" button.

The header in the picture is from a 77-78 super sport.  Funny, this is the identical set up I'm running on my 750K3.  I ran a reducer off the open end of the header and clamped the pieces together.  There is a clearance issue with the foot peg but it's easy to remedy.

i thought about cutting a thin pie piece shaped chunk out of the inside of the collector on my kerker header, to get it pointing more straight back than out at an angle............dont know if i want to try bending it. my supertrapp seems to be made for motorcycle usage maybe, it has a mounting tab on top.
