Muffler bearing? nah nah and nah.............OK you all give up and I get to eat my chocolate fish.
By the way for my American/Canuck cousins a chocolate fish is just that, a marshmellow fish shape coated in chocolate......I just wasn't sure you knew. :D

OK I solved the mystery by accident, I put the bike on the main stand and set it to idle, I'd done the pipes and checked everything that could rattle so badly, the bike its self was running great just that annoying loud rattle.
Remembering something Kit once said about adjusting the cam chain while the bike was running (Mlinders idea I think) I put a socket on the cam chain adjuster and backed the nut off 3 turns............Dead silence..........eh....WTF?
I'm still unsure as to how the cam chain could make such a bad noise as to fool me into thinking it was the exhaust and I only adjusted (well thought I did) it last week when I did the advancer service.
But there you go, all that noise from a rattling cam chain, it was sooooo bad I could hear it even when riding..............I know you're gonna want to kill me for putting you through that ha ha so I'm going for a ride now. ;D ;D
I think the thing I most like about motorcycling is the speed at which my brain must process information at to avoid the numb skulls who are eating pies, playing the ukulele, applying make-up etc in the comfort of their airconditioned armchairs as they make random attempts to kill me!!!!!!!

I wish I was kidding. The Beau's buell also had one on the OE muffler. It cracks me up.

I bet those fancy buells don't have a blinker fluid Reservoir.

Probably not.
I'd assume one completely non-existance part per vehicle is enough.
