Hey to you and yours. Wish I could be of wisdom and insight, as far as your tank switch.
The CL450 may be a closer fit. The mounts in the front are perfect and the tail doesn't quite reach the stock hold down point, but that is no problem. I think its 2.5 gal. The union tubes that go from one side to the other at the bottom back end, must be bent or other wise relocated as they hit the frame rails and keep the tail of the tank from dropping down to the rails. Also, some of the sheet metal of the tank will need to be reformed to get it to settle down. I'd bet the same is true with the Cb200 tank, too narrow at the rear. I have some pics somewhere. In the picture above, you can see how high the rear mounting tab is above the frame. That's because the tunnel at the rear of the tank won't sit down over the frame rails. I was thinking if I go that way, i would have my tank machinist make the modification. I'd bet your CB200 tank will have a similar problem. If not we'll like to know.
