77 78 cb750f forks

i was wondering if anyone call tell me if a set of forks from a 77/78 cb750f fit a 77/78cb750k
i would like to get a dual disc set up from the f model and fit it to my k
does anyone know if it will work

I am in the process of that swap over.  It is a easy switch if you are also changing to the Comstar wheels.  Otherwise, it takes a bit of effort.  Keep in mind that you will also need the calipers and caliper mounts from the F model.  I won't be able to report on my progress for some time yet - I am also in the process of redoing my work area in the garage.  In the meantime, there are quite a few posts in the forum regarding the dual disc set up; the search feature can find those for you.

 I did it retaining the spoke wheel. There is some work (machining) necessary. It is not a straight swap.
