Anyone else using Tarozzi rearsets?
« on: May 22, 2009, 08:56:56 AM »
I've had mine installed a while. Last week I accidentally broke my rear brake lever with the kick start.
I have to be careful when kicking now, stopping half way so that the kick lever doesent bash on the brake
lever. Has any one found a workround? welding on a stopper or something?

I've got a set on y 550 race bike and I did the same thing.  The lever are too brittle for my liking.  I have to disconnect the lever so I can start it when it's cold.

there is e recent post on here somewhere about this
i think the solution was to use a kick lever off of a later model f bike
not completely sure though...... do a search
Funny thing about regret is...... its better to regret something you have done than to regret something you haven't done.

Ooh! cheers for that Nokrome!

I'll do a search and link back to here if I find it for anybody else.

Thanks again!   :)
