cycle-x 4-2-1
« on: May 22, 2009, 03:09:58 PM »
ok... i think i've done a pretty thorough scouring of the forum before asking, but if not, please point me.

any opinions and or experience with the cycle-x 4-2-1 exhaust system?

everyone here seems to hate the mac, so i'm avoiding that like the plague.  this one looks cool, but i'm not willing to take their word on the performance.

cheers gents!

I have a MAC on my K6 and I'm pretty happy with it... and yes they're inexpensive.  I am changing it to a set of HM341's so I'll move the MAC to my K7.

On the other hand, I'd love to get one of Ken's 4-2-1's.  I probably will buy a set (for my K8) and as a matter of fact I'll be seeing Ken next week.  I wonder what it would cost to get it chromed..... hmmmmm

K6
K7
Suzuki GN400 - Ignition fixed!
03 KLR650 - Doesn't do anything very well but.. well.. does everything.

nice, i like hearing a positive review about the mac.  also like your ambitions about the cyclex.  i would like to chrome the tip, one of the things i really like about the look of the mac.

Someone on here got one not long ago, the CycleX pipe. Had a video posted of it.
If you're worried about how many calories are in beer, is losing weight really your biggest problem?

Don't follow the masses, Mac exhaust is a great exhaust especially for the price.  Put a black set on my 1978 750K a few weeks ago and it looks and sounds great.  Pounded out the baffle with a crowbar which makes it sound even better
