There was a decent looking CB750K in the background of the first shot!

The stupid oil filter was leaking. My only replacement Oring is an emgo. I measured the thivkness of the emgo and it was thinner then the oring gland is deep on the filter housing. So i looked up online the correct depth for an oring of that thickness. Then bolted an extra one down on the mill and shaved it down to the right depth. Now i can run emgo filters with no problem. And im sure i can still fit a honda o ring should be plenty of room for it to squish.

The final part came in the mail. Set of rotors from Godffery. Not only do they look amazing but they weight a ton less to boot.
5 lbs 6.8 oz

3 lbs 6.2 oz

Bolted on and then out for some pictures.

Nice rotors.  Were they thinned?

With that type of weight savings I would imagine they were definitely thinned.

Yes, from 6mm to 4mm and race tested.
Also, I supply super light weight Phenolic caliper pistons; AND they NEVER corrode..!

I will say that the bike demonstrates significant artistry, and is quite pleasant to look at.  Certainly worthy of pride from the builder.

I don't think I'd want to ride it farther than around the block, though.  Even on a very nice and dry day.  ;D
But, I'm old and don't take physical punishment in stride as I once did.

Coming from a guy who didn't want to sell me a 550 because I said I wanted to build a cafe racer that's a big compliment. Thanks Lloyd.
