I would say it's probably easier to get the hang of pulling the wheelies, cause you don't have to goose it quite so much to get the front off the ground. Strength has nothing to do with it, it's all about finding that right RPM range for the front end to just lift off with you drop the clutch.
As the front end comes up it becomes lighter, requiring less torque. This means ya gotta let the throttle back off or it will loop and crash.
With clubmans it's gonna need more RPM when you drop the clutch, but not too much or your front end will come up so fast you won't have time to let off the throttle and you'll loop the bike. This is what makes it harder when you have more weight on the front end, finding that fine line between a quick, controlled pull and a full-out loop.
