For Keihin Jet the number represents the orifice diameter in mm.
#100 = 1.00 mm
#110 = 1.10 mm
#120 = 120 mm
#40 = 0.40 mm
Just guessing, but you should be aware that drills make larger holes than the diameter they measure.
