I like my women a little big. Natural. Now, they shave this and wax that. It's not right. I love natural women. Big women. This trend in women has to go. Bulomia, anorexia. That's just wrong. There's a low starting bid and no reserve on that auction, so the seller is obviously willing to take much less than the "Buy it Now" price.  I don't see anything ridiculous about at least leaving the option open for someone to snatch it up quickly for a higher price.

Get on it Cave!  There's work to be done and a forums worth of 750 owners to satiate.  Won't you have another mouth to feed soon?  Chop chop! ;D ;D ;D

+1 (not that i have any aptitude for fabricating things  ::)

Not to take away from the fact that it looks cool ;), but Isn't it just a perforated metal box with properly spaced manifolds and a foam filter.....    It's like one big pod filter correct??

Is there anything that separates this from running individual pods?

Cheers, Joe

if you made them at todays pricing, I think they are going to be well over 150, and that is making several at a time..

If they are NOS, they probably go for pretty good money.

Yes, but if they were made in a factory in China, they would be cheap.
I'm thinking that it would be feasible to have a blank available that could be drilled to fit any bike.........

had one of these on my 750k, didn't breathe well because of insufficient air volumn/crazy air flow in the small box (imho).  rubbers are impossible to replace, and a hanger is needed to hold up that side of the carb rack.  .02

My friend has one of them on his 750. Nice looking filter.

But that poor bike, if only he knew... I wish I could take it off of his hands and give it a good home.

These werent made in China ( I didnt check auction, & am referring to originals).

If they were made 2day, it may not be big enough quantity to senf production out of country, so you would be looking at short run parts made here. Tried getting a low price on chrome?

some folks dont want to Chinese their bike.

................................................................................

So if it is an original chopper part from way back they are worth money, there are original MC accessories for old bikes that go for way more than that stuff.
