Here's the baffle.
Started with this (inside of the exhaust tip (mini muffler):
Found this exhaust pipe connector and cut it down to fit inside the muffler and so the muffler will fit snug over the exhaust pipe.

Baffle time. I used a headlight ear from a 1972 CB350. Drilled random holes in it. The more holes, the quieter the muffler will be. I jb welded a soup can bottom to the end of it. This will keep the packing inside the muffler.
To secure the baffle to the inside of the muffler, I used self tapping screws through the end of the muffler and into the soup can part. I packed the outside of the baffle with steel wool and used another soup can bottom to seal up the other end of the baffle.
I'll post a video clip of the bike running as soon as my computer is up and running. So far, I've got nothing but compliments on the sound.
