My First Bike - the "544"
« on: May 24, 2009, 07:30:28 pm »
Cheers!

I know how much we all like pictures, so I decided to finally post a few of my own.

This is how she looked upon arrival; glad I left the tailgate on!

This is my first bike, tho I've got an idea of what I'm in for... I rebuilt a '91 Nissan 300ZX Twin Turbo, which I'd like to sell!... but back to the bike... I really am smitten!

Thanks for being here- I'm sure there will be more to come.

Let's hope you aren't smitten with that seat. ;D.  Looks like a nice find.

Haha- that seat is the bees' knees! Would like a cafe seat so I could hide those electronics... but we'll see what happens.

Sooo, I got some parts in the mail... oil filter, spark plug wires, battery tender junior, POR15 kit, superbike bars and grips... I'm tryin to decide what's most comfortable on the bars- feelin a little under the weather today, but as soon as I get back out there I'll take some pictures and set them here! First thing's first; setting up those handlebars, changing the oil, getting those wires installed into the stock coils (should be fun)... and then getting that tank sealed... by the way, Z1 Enterprises strikes again! I'll do business with them again, that's for sure.

Thanks for keepin interest!
