Cant remember, but I think you can turn the crank by hand and count the revolutions at the cable end.Regardless ..... you should post it for the rest of us poor souls who'd like to do the same thing someday .Joe
i believe(dont take my word for it) its 1:4 just like the cb750. hope this helps

750's speedometer ratio is 2240:60 like earlier Harley's. Most Japanese bikes of our era use this ratio so I would be surprised if it is not the same on the 650 . . .
