Topic: This air filter doesn't fit my CB550T

Got a UNI 4001 today from Bikebandit.com. I ordered a 4055 since I have a CB550.

The sales girl argued their computer said it will fit my bike, and I said science says it wont. I can't fit two cone filters in my filter box.

According to them these are the correct filters for my 74 CB550T. News to me, I own a bike Honda never made! Awesome!

I guess they had some serious parts cross reference screw up, but they were total morons about it. Insisted I mail it back before they send the correct part, which I argued my way out off. I recommended they remove 550T from their computer. They're going to 'look into it' 

So keep an eye out for 550T's, apparently they're out there. I own one and didn't even know it.

Of course a picture on the web site would have completely prevented this. When I open my online Honda parts emporium/lingerie store it's going to be LOADED with high res pics.

My guess is that you got pod filters that fit directly on the carbs.
