I appreciate your concern. No there is no birth certificate at all yet, that is part of the entire problem. The first step in this process will be a motion to establish paternity. Which includes DNA testing. I have a pretty good feeling that I am the father. When I recieved his first professional baby picture my jaw dropped. I lined his baby picture and my baby picture up and it was a dead match. Except she was part Japanese so his eyes are a little slanty but otherwise the same. All the way down to the cleft chin.
Seaweb I will wait it out. If the courts have a hard time finding her I will contact you for sure!
