Back at work tomorrow.
« on: June 09, 2009, 12:12:38 PM »
Well I can finally walk enough for the PT to let me go back to work.

Still cannot move my arm though and this harness makes my fingers tingle. But I've separated both my shoulders a few times so that's all old hat.

I just wanted everyone to know how grateful I am for all the kind wishes and offers of help both bike wise and financially.

I might not have a turbo just yet but I did buy a very nice looking Yamaha XS850 for insanely cheap. (gasp :o it's not a Honda I know)

I have finalized one decision though: My CB will get the boosted treatment instead of anything else. It's the bike that most deserves it.

Anyway just wanted to thank you all for the support and to reiterate that this is the best place on the web for any kind of bike or rider. SOHC or not.

Eternally Grateful,

Havoc

That's a shame, by the looks of your new avatar I'd say you've gained a little during recovery. :o :o Your co-workers may not recognize you, but that's ok, just bring one of those giant boxes of donuts you've been forcing down your gullet daily and I'm sure they'll love you again in no time. ;) ;).
Seriously though, congrats on returning to work wop Havoc! :)

I like my women a little big. Natural. Now, they shave this and wax that. It's not right. I love natural women. Big women. This trend in women has to go. Bulomia, anorexia. That's just wrong. You know what will cure that? My special sticky buns. One lick of my sticky buns and your appetite will come right back. ~ RIP Mr. Borgnine  01/24/1917 - 07/08/2012  :'(

Omigod I might puke if i ate that many donuts.  :o

But if I did look like that I might need to be a recluse for a while. At least till the gym subscription ran out.

What a lazy bum ;) ....took you this long to run out of $ huh... :D. Damn, must have had a good balance in the ol bank account.  sheez, I went to work 2 days after i got hit. ;D  well, at least the sign job. ;)(sit in front of the computer ha ha he he) glad to hear your getting better. have you started thearpy yet? I start next week, although i have been doing my own version for the last 2 weeks. I actually lost 10 lbs which i am thankful for.... could stand to loose and other 20-30.  8) I hope u don't have to do too much @ work that you put any undo strain on the boo boo's ;D ;D ;D  I am looking forward to getting the ankle & knee strong enough to trust myself on the K4.  Not sure what is going to become of the V4 Magna....Hope to get that back running too.  AGAIN, Glad to hear you are improving and getting better.

lol yea Ray my commission finally ran out and I have to go back to work.

Furniture's a #$%* eh?  :D

Anywhoo PT started about the day after I got out of the hospital. Then of course I HAD to ride to the flat track event which made things a little stupid for me. My trainer decided that I needed an EXTRA week before she'd let me get back to it. I'm on my feet most of the day so.. she was being overly cautious. Either that or she didn't want to get rid of me.

But based on what Caveman is saying I look like my avatar so..... who knows.  ;)
