They Are Good People,

A few years ago I bought a swingarm setup from them for my '74 750 K4.  The swingarm had a nice shiny paint job on it, everything was in fine shape...... looked darn near new and it was actually from a '74 model.

Cost me a whopping $13..........  ;) ;)

I was looking for a rear master cylinder for my F1 at one time.  I found one at a place in California for $100 and one at Bike Bone Yard for $50 .  I ended up not needing it so I have not order anything from them but their prices seemed reasonable.

I just calculated the parts they have for my 79 650 and even just the parts listed come to an amazing $1280.
Just goes to show you shouldn't under estimate the price of your bike.
Soos I gotta agree on the tank price, $50 is cheap.

AHHH!

Florence, Montana.

HAHHA.... ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
I have a brother in law pretty close to there.
Might have to tell him thats where I want my christmas gifts from!
It's less than an hours drive for him there.

Man I could go for another '79cb650 tank..... yeah thats it.
Be nice to actually have a good "parked" one I could paint up how I want to.

Well the red arrow points to your alternator cover, could be the one that goes over your gearshifter.

The countershaft cover, or more likely the countershaft SPROCKET cover is the one behind the one with the green arrow. It is held on by 2 screws. Yours appears to be missing?

No other description is likely in my mind. The other 2 are the alternator cover and the transmission cover. No relation to countershaft.

Well, it seems their parts list isn't too up to date.  I e-mailed them about an exhaust from one bike and gauges and carbs from another.  Told they were all sold.  That sucks.  Kind of got my hopes up.  Oh well.

On the other hand they e-mailed me back in 10 minutes.  Like someone said probably best to call.

Its actually a "she". Brenda is her name. The first email I got back from her was brendanf@... so I thought it was a guy. Then I read her signature, brenda,  "n" must be a middle initial,  and saw this on the website: http://www.bikeboneyard.com/boneyard%20personel.html

Thanks for clearing that up I was often confused when calling her to order parts. I guess I just did not want to ask if she was mail or female nor did it matter as long as I got what was needed.
She is kind of hot and knows a lot about bikes too .....
