Valve Adjstment for Webcam 41a grind?
« on: June 17, 2009, 05:41:09 PM »
SO I got the Webcam 41a grind for my engine. I can't find the timing card anywhere (honestly it's amazing I can find the bike in my garage right now). I did some searching on the boards but have found inconsistent information. .004 on both or .004/.005? Anyone happen to have a timing card?

I shall continue to search my garage...

Sorry, Edited the post above. I forgot the "a".

I didn't see your post with specs, though. For the Valve adjustments, is it .005/.007?

I've got it basically set at .004 on each side. I haven't had the time to really time it out and adjust it. I was hoping to get to that today but fought with gear shifting mechanism springs instead. Soon, though, soon (Pronounced - hopefully sometime this month, but with the way things are going at work, I'm still hoping for sometime in 2009).

yeah, with recent evidence, I beginning to wonder on my choice of cams. That's okay. I bought it last year. I can only hope that it was a recent run of cams that they are having trouble with.

Those spec's in that thread what you wanted?

I've got my Office torn apart at the moment...all my books, notes, reference material are in boxes out in the shop....

I could try and find the card if you really need it.....
