« on: June 10, 2009, 10:25:05 AM »
ok so its not another tire thread but i am going to be ordering a new set of tires, probably avon roadriders, mainly because i like the way they look. anyway i have never had a bike with innner tubes and im curious if i am supposed to replace them when I replace the tires? if so where do I get them? I looked on ebay, and googled but not getting anything?

I just replaced my tires and had the shop put new tubes in, just because I dont know if they have ever been changed.  And while they were replacing the tires, it was just cheap insurance to have them do it at the same time.  If you pay for mount and balance and then your tube has a slow leak, you have to replace the tubes anyway plus pay for mount and balance again.  If you know the last time they were changed, you might wait.  Just my 2 cents

Yes, replace your tubes ans the rim liner too.  if you are changing the tires yourself, be sure to address any rust issues inside the rim.  Rustcicles are almost as strong as tree roots when it comes to messing up your tube.

Any M/C shop should have them.

If you take care of it.
What do you have to do?
Lot’s of things. You’ve been watching me.
Will you show me all of them?
Sure.
Is it hard?
Not if you have the right attitudes. It’s having the right attitudes that’s hard.
