Cb750K0 calliper finish
« on: June 11, 2009, 03:15:22 AM »
Hi -Does anyone know what the original factory finish was on the CB750K0  Frame CB750-101038X  Oct 1969  'silver' brake calliper and arm/bracket. I am thinking of finishing them with the same lacquer as the engine cases but not sure if this is correct.

Mine are just vapour  blasted - peins over the surface and leaves a lovely satiny finish

If you get some brake fluid on the lacquer it'll be a mess.

+1 to that - vapour blast it just wipes off.  The pic isn't great but here's mine to show the finish

That looks great. What's this vapor blast you speak of?
