I couldn't be happier this week. A friend from another site who also is into Honda Choppers is liquidating some of his bikes and parts, he has 4 or 5 Hondas and wants to go down to 2 or 3 complete bikes. He offered me a chance for a new front end. He does Biker events in the area and asked me if I wanted to work off the front end and I jumped at the chance. By the end of July Rita will have a new to her Girder front end long enough to keep her from draggin pipes in the twisties. What this means is that all I have left is painting my tanks and fender and getting the jugs bored for the 836 kit. Oh, and I need new oil lines but those are easy, lolol. I might actually be able to finish her this summer depending on how things work out in July and August with the AIG litigation I started. I might get a settlement as early as my Birthday in late August and she can be on the road by the end of September.
