Greetings!

New to this site...looks very interesting!

I was directed here while searching air filter pods etc...and this is a great set of posts!  My issue is for a smaller bike, a '77 XL 100 that I am working on for my 11 year-old daughter.  I do not want to use a filter pod, but I cannot seem to locate a connecting tube from the air box to the carb.  eBay, dealers, Honda resto places, vintage dirt bike sites, etc...even some parts suppliers in Thailand!  Nothing!

The '77 model was a slightly odd bugger...different from the earlier models in the engine layout...and different from the later models in air box style.

It is a neat little bike and runs very well...if properly aspirated!

Any leads for this part?  Any suggestions for a homemade remedy...everything would be appreciated!

Thanks.

Kent

I'm guessing #9.  I'd maybe see what I could come up with using radiator hose, etc.

It is part #9, the rubber connecting tube.

Here is the little bike...this is how we got it.  Looks better now!
