paint color

on a 1972 k1,does anyone know if the forest green metallic color is considered rare.thanks

Not sure about "rare" but most of the CB's you see around tend to be the brighter colors such as red, orange, bright blue etc.  I have not seen a CB750 production sheet that includes color.  Maybe Terry in Australia has production seet  lining the Kookaburra cage in his garage.

There was a "Valley Green Metallic" introduced by Honda on the K1's. Its rarety may be dictated by how popular or unpoplular it was in the eyes of those cruising the show rooms back in the day.

Don't know how rare it may or may not be, but it sure is purdy! ;D   I can definitely tell you it isn't easy finding sidecovers in that color.

thanks for the info guys,gordon,mine appears to be a darker color than yours.
